About me
I have actually felt the “drive” from a very early age to motivate people, make people more vital, healthier, more full of life, … Only at the time I looked for it in sports. I was trained as a sports teacher, although I already knew that I did not want to be in front of the classroom, but “something outside of it”. Then I worked in a sports federation, where I also felt out of place.
Due to the loss of subsidies, I could not stay there and that was the impetus to investigate what I really wanted. And I came back to the same thing. I want to make people happier, more vital, healthier, more full of life, .... Empower them.
Then I looked further into alternative health. I went for a health coach, health therapist, followed all types of workshops (cell salt therapy, Biological laws Dr. Hamer, Reiki 1, access Bars, Psych-K Basic and advanced, etc.) and therapies, but I always missed the essence. It was just not that,... Especially not deep enough, not transformative enough.
Until the meeting with a twin flame put me on the spiritual path. The whole “picture” I had created for myself had to be destroyed, but I am still very grateful to him for that.
Through my search in my own process of "why that meeting" I ended up with a coach who helped me find "my mission" here on earth. That woman put all the puzzle pieces together for me, presented them on a tray, so beautiful and again so grateful!
The sex magic of ISIS, Transformation Sexuality,…. That was the strength, the power, the life force, the joy of living,…. The essence that I have always been looking for... This is how tantra, tao training, body de-armouring... came my way. Course
Before the start of the session, I take the time for an introductory conversation, approximately 30 minutes. This way we can determine what your needs and desires are, your intentions, what you encounter in life and wish to change,... In this conversation you will receive you the opportunity to indicate your limits. What you do and do not want regarding nudity and touching. I myself remain clothed.
It is up to you to take ownership of your sexuality. It is an experience of you, for you, you are the receiver and I am the giver and wish to leave my sexuality aside at all times. I provide a safe setting, where you can relax and surrender. The more you dare to trust and allow, the deeper, more intense your experience will be.
After the session I will give you some time and space to integrate. Afterwards there is an opportunity for discussion and you can share your experience if desired.
I am currently unable to offer you shower facilities, but I would like to offer you a washing ritual after a massage.
It would be nice that you arrive fresh and clean at the appointment.
Body de-armouring
If you opt for body de-armouring, it is certainly recommended if you want to achieve a deep transformation, which also includes some breathing exercises. During the session you will be invited to breathe deeply in and out in places where tension has built up in the body. You are also invited to make a sound and not hold it in the throat chakra, which promotes the release of tension. During body de-armouring I will also ask you to consciously pay attention to what you feel at the location of the tension. Often the body “tells” me a lot about the blocked emotions. I will name these and make you aware of them so that you have the opportunity to feel them and transform them.
Tantra massage
If you opt for a Tao massage, the intention here is also to release sexual energy and allow it to flow through the body. Lingam or Yoni are massaged (if desired), but here too we work towards preserving and flowing life energy and not towards a goal. Both breathing and sound can promote sensitivity. We are so conditioned to be 'quiet', which is such a shame, because a whole part of the experience is lost.
Many different emotions can be experienced during a Tao massage, and even more with body de-armouring. You are therefore invited to allow all emotions, without judgement, without making up stories or seeking explanations. Every experience, every session is different. The more expectations you can let go of “how it should be”, the more you are present in the NOW, the more surprising the outcome can be.

With body de-armouring, always take into account that you take sufficient time after the session to integrate. Give yourself enough rest, don't plan busy activities, but take some time for self-care. I will take the agreed duration into account as much as possible. However, keep in mind that once the process has started, the duration may extend... It is not always possible to interrupt a process because “time” is up. Plan enough space for yourself afterwards.
Tao- Tantra massage
- 2.5 hours - 270 euro (30 min intake, 120 min massage + washing ritual)

It took a number of sessions, but some work was done.
Dearmouring and massage make my body feel lighter and more relaxed.
Ophelie feels very well what and where it is stuck, even in places I had no idea.
For example, "there is still some sadness here, anger there."
The dearmouring is the soft form, in other words she listens carefully to how far she can go.
And I like that, hard touches would make me "give in", she does it in a softer but quite efficient way.
