My interest in massage started when I was in my twenties. I followed courses in relaxation massage and sports massage in a fairly traditional way. Shortly afterwards, horse shiatsu came my way. I have always found horses to be fantastic, sensitive animals. The combination with this Eastern form of massage that works on the meridians (energy channels) seemed super interesting to me. After the 3-year course, I started working with my first clients. Although dealing with horses and applying this form of massage had visible healing effects, I became less motivated after a while. This had 2 reasons: on the one hand, it exhausted me physically and energetically too much, and on the other hand, it was often frustrating to see that the cause of the problems the horses were struggling with could not be addressed because changing their living conditions was not possible (e.g. riding school horses).
In any case, my interest in energetic massage and spirituality had been increasingly awakened in the meantime and I remained fascinated in the field of personal development.
In my thirties I got to know tantra massage, a form of energetic bodywork, via YouTube. A video in which waves of energy visibly passed through the body without touching, strongly triggered me. Partly fascination that something like this is possible, partly also disbelief. My curiosity overcame my skepticism and I started the training to become a tantra massage therapist in faraway Estonia. And what a fascinating adventure it has become! Both as a giver and receiver it has made a great impression on me. Discovering that energy is something that is not abstract was an unforgettable moment in my life. Immediately after the training in 2018 I started giving tantra massages myself.
Since 2018, I have continued to evolve in giving my massages. I always use the most holistic approach possible, in the sense that clients are always given the opportunity to tell more about what concerns them and their intention to choose bodywork before the session starts. An empathetic, listening ear can mean a lot! Because many people have few or no people in their environment with whom they can talk about deeper and more intimate topics.

Over the years, I have also had the pleasure of training various enthusiasts and clients to become tantra massage therapists.
