I am able to thank myself for this week's beautiful, intense session full of dedication, of course under your very gentle, profound and expert guidance.

You offer the confidence in all softness and the safe space to be able to go completely into vulnerable, free surrender. Something I've become increasingly successful at after x number of sessions.

What a beautiful and often underestimated power our sexual source energy is, in combination with our prana, life energy and breath. Inextricably linked in the beautiful universal energy of all that is.

As we mentioned before, it remains a nice exercise to hold on to this for as long as possible or even better and to also be able to go back to/recall it in many other situations in daily challenges of life. Work in progress, but that is life and also makes it beautiful and permanently challenging in all its facets 😉
